If you know of an individual or team at VIHA whose work is worthy of recognition, simply get together with a colleague and complete a nomination form. Outline why the individual or team’s actions exhibit excellence in one of the Nomination Categories and include a second nominator.
Nomination Period
Nominations for the CoE program will be accepted online, throughout the year with nominations being reviewed on a quarterly basis; January, April, July and October of each year.
Selection Process
All eligible and complete nominations submitted during the nomination period will be forwarded to the Selection Committee, made up of front line employees and management staff. The Committee will follow the principles of inclusion and excellence to create a final recipient list and will then contact all participants.
