The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) Value and Recognition e-card service has been created for the use of VIHA staff, physicians, volunteers and auxiliary workers to promote employee value and recognition through enabling an electronic means of recognizing and acknowledging colleagues. The site utilization is tracked so that e-card selection and site functionality can be continually improved for VIHA senders and recipients.
Content of e-cards sent from this site is intended to be viewed by sender(s) and recipient(s) only. Users of the e-card service are subject to VIHA confidentiality and security policies, including e-mail and internet usage.
Each e-card has a unique auto-generated identifying number. Each e-card will be stored for 30 days from the time it is sent and then destroyed.
