For VIHA employees, physicians, volunteers and auxiliary members: The EPP program provides employees, physicians, volunteers and auxiliary members of VIHA discounts and value-added services from vendors serving Vancouver Island.
For vendors: The EPP program helps you connect with over 17,000 VIHA employees, physicians, volunteers and auxiliary members by listing an offer and contact information on a password-protected website.
Click "VIHA employees, physicians, volunteers and auxiliary members" on the main EPP page, you will be directed to the password-protected website which contains a listing of all the vendor offers available. You will need a code to access the website. There are three ways to get the code:
1. New Employees will get the code when they attend orientation.
2. Look for a Value & Recognition brochure in the mail - the next one is set for early October 2007.
3. View the posters in your work area.

3. Why is my access code not working?
The access code that you were given is case sensitive, make sure to type it exactly as it appears on the poster or brochure (make sure to include any numbers, capital letters or spaces). If your access code still does not work send us an email at epp@viha.ca or call 1-888-98VALUE (1-888-988-2583).
4. What companies are providing discounts?
For VIHA employees, physicians, volunteers and auxiliary members: The participating vendors are listed in the password-protected area of the website.

5. How do the vendors offering discounts/value-added service know that I am part of VIHA?
To redeem your discount/value-added service you will need to show your VIHA ID tag at the time of the purchase or as stated on the website.
6. Where can I make a suggestion or give feedback about the program or participating vendors?
The EPP program is an employee driven program that used employee feedback and suggestions to grow. There is an online feedback form located on the password-protected website that will easily enable you to tell us what you think.
