By appropriately managing risks, the Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) is able to provide a better experience for you, as our patients and clients.

Risk Management helps identify and manage risks, determine what level of risk is acceptable, and mitigate the impact of adverse events that may occur. When needed, Risk Management coordinates the services of lawyers acting on behalf of VIHA. We also deal with insurance matters.
