The Research Division is located in the Vancouver Island Health Research Centre. The services we provide include:

  • Administration and Trial coordination
  • Financial Management
  • Clinical Trial Agreement review
  • Liaison with Industry
  • Research Ethics Submissions and ongoing correspondence
  • Quality control and supervision of all operational techniques and research activities in keeping with international guidelines
  • Clinic space available for patient assessments
  • Assurance of protocol compliance and quality control of data handling in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Standard Operating Procedures

Using a multidisciplinary approach, the Vancouver Island Research Centre provides a full scope research office.
