Sunday Services

3:00 P.M. in the Main Dining Room.

Christian non-denominational worship services are held each Sunday. The following churches lead:

• Gordon United Church

Mid-Week Services

The Anglican Church of the Advent, supported by Gordon United and Pilgrim United, celebrates Holy Communion on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:30 A.M.

Our Lady of the Rosary Roman Catholic Church celebrates Mass on the fourth Thursday of each month at 2:30 P.M.

Other Spiritual Care Programs

Requests for one-to-one visits from clergy of a specific denomination should be made to the Chaplain (250) 370-8207.

Heritage Woods Unit

We encourage residents’ families and friends to transport and accompany residents to Sunday worship at a church in the community.

To ensure resident safety, Heritage Woods residents may attend worship in the Hiscock Unit only if they are escorted to and from the service by a family member, friend or volunteer.

Programs of a spiritual nature will be offered from time to time to Heritage Woods residents. Staff will keep residents informed about such programs.
