About yoga classes
In these classes instructors will guide their students by practicing the basics of yoga positions and discovering their own body's awareness. Intermediate classes are offered to those with prior yoga experience to venture beyond their previous limits.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Arriving early allows a chance to get changed, talk with the instructor about any concerns or injuries, and get settled in before class. Sorry, latecomers will not be permitted to join the class.
What to bring to class
Come to class well-hydrated! Wear comfortable clothing that is breathable and allows for a full range of movement - no shoes are required. Bring a yoga mat, personal towel and water.
